On the auspicious day of 14th December 2023 ,a brilliant event was organized by the siesons committee at the lawn area of the sies college. The event started with the enormous Bollywood mela which was organized by the literary arts committee.the mela consisted of various Bollywood related games ,consisting of Bollywood themed darts,ring games,ball in the cup,memory games ,and Bollywood themed snake and ladders.Some entertaining events in the mela consisted of bouting,and mini bungee jumping.
There were numerous stalls ranging from anime figurines to delectable cuisines to savour your tingling taste buds.From ethnic wears to tarot reading ,the versatility took a complete circle. The actual show stealer was the dj night at the lawn area of the sies college whose tunes kept the eager crowd on their feet.
The event started at around 6:30 after a huge tussle of influx of onlookers as the venue was filled with volunteers and other crowd.the show opened with a mellifluous voice of Anish chabbra who unfolded the melodic strings with ease.it was followed by live concert of Stress Busters band and a complete journey of variety of songs. A variety of food stalls helped quell the hungry crowd and provide the much-needed energy and delicious boost to the mela who helped to calm down the hunger. The event concluded at around 9 after being a wonderful milieu of students who took part in an engaging and desi celebration of the love for film and the filmy life!
